FUSION FUN! Time to get our heart rate up with some dynamic yoga and Pilates movements! You will want two yoga blocks and a strap or a scarf for this class.
Get ready for a new kind of burn! This class uses socks and a hard floor to slide your way into strength! This is an all-level class however it is not recommended for beginners. I do give options but beginners may find some of the movements difficult. You may want two yoga blocks under your wrists if you have carpal tunnel and a blanket or rolled up yoga mat to pad knees/elbows.

This fun fusion foam roller class is a full body workout! We will be using the foam roller as a prop to enhance our yoga and pilates movements. Please use a tall foam roller or a rolled up yoga mat will work for most of this class. All levels! Enjoy!
