Summer Sizzle June Challenge

Welcome to the SUMMER SIZZLE challenge! It’s June and that means things are going to start heating up!

We have a super fun & sweaty challenge planned for this month! You will need a resistance band, some light dumbbells, a magic circle, and optional yoga blocks for this challenge!

I encourage you to post in our private Facebook Group to help inspire others and stay accountable!

Today’s class is all about those legs! This awesome dynamic class uses weights to tone and shape our lower half. You will want two light hand weights for this class and optional yoga blocks. This is an awesome 31 minute class using a resistance band. This class challenges the core and lower body! Get ready to feel the fire! All levels.
June 7, Tuesday (40 Min)

NEW CLASS! Wring it Out is an awesome Yoga flow that will leave you feeling amazing. This class is packed full of yoga postures that will help you destress and calm your nervous system. You might want to yoga blocks to modify this class. Release date June 6!

This amazing practice is for anyone who wants to stretch and lengthen the muscles in their lower body. It is an awesome practice for runners or those that sit all day! You may want two yoga blocks and a strap for this class! To experience this class without music click here.

This class is just a little over 30 minutes and it work the ENTIRE body! It has a few challenging postures like Flying Lizard Pose but I will give you options to modify. Please grab some blocks and enjoy!
