Saturday 10 am -12 pm Journey to Handstand
2 hours - In this workshop Kerri Verna invites us to explore and approach the process to learning handstands in a playful manner. We will be focusing on core and arm strength in a fun and interactive way. We will be on our hands balancing & learning to be a kid again. Kerri’s handstand drills will teach you how to approach handstands and her tips for success will change the way you may be practicing. Please bring pencil and notebook to this workshop. *Beginner friendly.
Bring your own mat and a notebook to take notes!
Saturday 1-3 pm Hips and Hamstrings
Do you have tight or inflexible hips and hamstrings? Do you sit a lot of the day? Is forward bending or postures like lotus seem impossible for you? In this workshop we will identify why our hips and hamstrings are tight and learn new ways to unlock them and strengthen them. All levels welcome to attend. Bring a pen and notebook to class.
