Equipment Needed

Workouts

Day 1 - Pump Perfection

17 minutes

Welcome to Perfect10! For today’s full-body workout, grab a set of heavy, medium, and light dumbbells so that you can increase or decrease depending on your needs. We will get a great burn today! Let’s go, team!

Day 2 - Biceps & Triceps

9 Minutes

Today is all about those biceps and triceps! Grab a chair & some dumbells, and let’s get our pump on! Remember, the class is short, so go ahead and grab some heavier weight! Enjoy!

Day 3 - 10 Min Leg Day

10 Minutes

Today’s leg day circuit utilizes light to medium weight and a chair. Beginners feel free to use body-weight-only. If you want a longer circuit, you may repeat this class 1-2 more times. Have fun, Team!

Day 5 - Defined Abs

10 Minutes

Today we will be targeting our core! You will want two yoga blocks and a heavy dumbbell (or kettlebell) for this workout! Enjoy!

Day 6 - Just Move

15 Minutes

We have no excuses today! Just move! Today’s class is a cardio blast quick workout to get your blood flowing! Remember, the goal is not to do each exercise perfectly but to just move! You might want two yoga blocks to modify.

Day 8 - In The Zone

13 Minutes

Today we will fire up the legs, core, and upper body! This class is a fantastic full-body quick workout using dumbells and a heavy resistance band! Enjoy!

Day 9 - Sassy Shoulders

12 Minutes

Are you ready for some sassy shoulders! Today we are going to sculpt the shoulders using dumbells. You can use anywhere from 3-8 pounds, depending on your fitness level or how many times you have done this class. Have fun!

Day 10 - Bodacious Backside

16 Minutes

Who wants to have a Bodacious Backside? This quick workout is perfect for isolating our backside! Grab a set of heavy dumbells, and let’s go!

Day 12 - Queen of Core

11 Minutes

Grab yourself a set of yoga blocks for today’s class. It is going to be quick, simple, and effective core training! Let’s go!

Day 13 - Monkey Business

11 Minutes

Are you ready for some monkey business? Today we have a great cardio blast circuit class! Just ten exercises for 40 seconds each to give us a quick but killer workout!

Day 15 - Triple Threat

15 Minutes

It’s day 15! Are you ready to work your arms, abs, and legs? Today’s triple threat class works upper, lower, and core using hand weights. Let’s go, Team!

Day 16 - Anytime Arms

10 Minutes

When is a good time to work your arms? Anytime! Today’s interval class uses dumbells and a chair to give you an excellent upper body workout! Have fun!

Day 17 - Quick Leg Burn

10 Minutes

We can always make time for a quick leg burn! Grab a heavy resistance band and a heavy dumbbell (or kettlebell) for this workout! You can also use body weight only for this class! Let’s go, Team!

Day 19 - Athletic Abs

14 Minutes

Who loves core work?🙋🏼‍♀️ For today’s workout, grab a light dumbbell, and let’s get some Athletic Abs!

Day 20 - Cardio Circuit Blast

10 Minutes

Today’s class targets the core using body-weight-only movements! Filmed in beautiful Hawaii, this class will have your abs on fire in the best possible way. Enjoy!

Day 22 - Full Body Slam

14 Minutes

Are you ready for this full-body slam!? Grab a set of light weights for your upper body and heavy weights for your legs. Don’t be afraid to push yourself today because this is a short class! Enjoy!

Day 23 - Invincible Arms

11 Minutes

Let’s work those guns! Grab a set of heavy and light hand weights, and let’s sculpt our upper body with this fun upper body workout! Enjoy!

Day 24 - Buns of Fire

17 Minutes

Let’s light our buns on fire! Today is lower body focused using a dumbbell (or a kettlebell) and a resistance band. You will also want a chair or a countertop for some amazing Barre work! Enjoy the burn!

Day 26 - Phenomenal Abdominals

14 Minutes

This short but intense class is mostly body-weight with the option to grab a light hand weight to step up your core work! Have fun, Team!

Day 27 - Bionic Blast

13  Minutes

Today’s class is designed to get your heart rate up and blood pumping. We have 11 different exercises for 30 seconds each to warm the body and get our metabolism moving! Enjoy!

BONUS CLASS

9 Minutes

Today’s class targets the core using body-weight-only movements! Filmed in beautiful Hawaii, this class will have your abs on fire in the best possible way. Enjoy!

BONUS CLASS

16 Minutes

Today is your upper body bonus workout! We will sculpt the upper body muscles using light to medium weights and our own body weight! You will want to have two different sets of weights & either a chair or some yoga blocks to work our triceps! Enjoy the burn!
