I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 20 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 20 years.
Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!

I began sharing my practice on Instagram 10 years ago to inspire and motivate myself. I started by hosting Instagram Yoga challenges to help me stay accountable while also inspiring others to try yoga.

After I turned 40, I had experienced many chronic injuries and a worsening battle with fibromyalgia & back pain.
I felt a bit defeated and overwhelmed. I could not keep up with high-intensity-paced training anymore.
I literally have tried it all!

For today’s class, I have an excellent Pilates resistance band workout for you that will leave your tush feeling TORCHED! š„ You will want a heavy-duty resistance band and a chair or couch for today’s workout.

Today’s practice is a gentle yoga flow that will help your body relax and let go of tension and stress. I filmed this class while in Hawaii visiting the Kona Cost! You don’t need any equipment for this class. All levels.
This class will help you wring out all the tight spots, get you moving and grooving and leave you feeling amazing. Today’s class will focus on poses that help you with the mind-body connection. You might want two yoga blocks for this class.
Today’s circuit class will work your legs, arms, and abs in just 17 minutes! You will want a set of dumbbells for this class. Don’t be afraid to go a little heavier because each round is short! Enjoy!
Are you ready for some Magic Movement?! This full-body workout will have your entire body feeling the fire using the Pilates magic circle. Enjoy the burn!
Today’s class is all about moving our bodies in a way that helps us create more mobility. Today’s focus is on hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and back flexibility. You will want two yoga blocks for this practice.
Today’s class is going to challenge you! Get ready for some sizzling and chiseling! We are going to get the entire body in today using a large stability ball and a set of dumbbells. Feel free to use bodyweight only.
