I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 20 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 20 years.
Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!

I began sharing my practice on Instagram 10 years ago to inspire and motivate myself. I started by hosting Instagram Yoga challenges to help me stay accountable while also inspiring others to try yoga.

Today’s class is focused on the posterior chain muscle group, otherwise known as our backside! We will use weight, pilates, and yoga to get a well-rounded 3-in-1 workout! This class will require a set of hand weights and yoga blocks. Enjoy!
Today’s class will focus on the inner thigh, pelvic floor, and lower body activation as we use the dumbbells to tone and shape the upper body! You will want your yoga blocks and light to medium hand weights.
If you are new to meditation, this simple 5 min practice will help you understand how to easy it is to meditate!
Day 1 of Strong and Stretchy! We are building muscle with light to medium dumbells for today’s Yoga Sculpt class. This full-body practice will not only help you strengthen your muscles but also help you relax and calm the nervous system. You might also want two yoga blocks to modify!

This restorative yoga class will bring some much-needed sweet relief to your back. This class is my go-to practice when my back isn’t feeling great. This restorative yoga practice is perfect for anyone sitting all day and feeling stiff or if your back has been bothering you and you need something gentle to get the blood flowing. Please listen to your body and go at your own pace with this practice.
Today’s yoga practice will help build strong and powerful legs! We will be using our body weight to tone and strengthen the legs. Grab two yoga blocks, and let’s practice!
