Hi, My name is Kerri!

I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 20 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 20 years.

Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!

At 47 years old, over 15 training certifications, and almost 20 years of training and teaching, 

I love helping people find the magic of the mind-body connection.

I began sharing my practice on Instagram 10 years ago to inspire and motivate myself. I started by hosting Instagram Yoga challenges to help me stay accountable while also inspiring others to try yoga.

More stretching is not the answer to unlocking your hamstrings!

After I turned 40, I had experienced many chronic injuries and a worsening battle with fibromyalgia & back pain.

I felt a bit defeated and overwhelmed. I could not keep up with high-intensity-paced training anymore.

I literally have tried it all!

I thought I had to spend 60-90 minutes exercising to experience results. I would stretch and stretch and stretch, but my hamstrings would never unlock!? WTH! 😣 Have you experienced this too?
