This program combines Yoga, Pilates, and resistance training to target your lower body.
We will be building muscle & discovering new flexibility to give us a well-rounded peach!🍑

DAY 1
Booty Blaster
22 Minutes
Welcome to Perfect Peach! This short class will get you in the mood for some BOOTY BLASTING! So, for today’s class, grab a heavy band, and let’s do this team!
DAY 2
Killer Legs
30 Minutes
For day 2, we are stretching and strengthening through this dynamic yoga practice. You don’t need any equipment for this class, but you might want two yoga blocks!
Day 4
Push and Pull
28 Minutes
Today we will be working the core and legs using the Pilates small ball and a heavy resistance band!

Mobility Matters
30 Minutes
This class is a great practice for those wanting to know how to increase their lower body flexibility. You will want two yoga blocks for this class! Enjoy!
Day 6
Grab Your Seat At The Barre
30 Minutes
Using a chair and a Pilates small ball, we will grab our seat at the barre! This short but effective class will have your legs burning!

Ballmazing
38 Minutes
Welcome to week 2! You did it! We will be using the Pilates soft ball to tone and shape the legs for today’s class.

Day 9
Lower Body Core Flow

Yay for yoga! Today we will be focusing on the lower body and the core with this awesome dynamic flow!

Buns O’ Burning Love
30 Minutes
Buns O’ Burning love will have your booty on fire using a heavy resistance band. This class is fun, dynamic, and effective!

Pancake Practice
30 Minutes
Pancake Practice! Flexibility is a crucial part of having a perfect peach, so today, we will be focusing on the inner thighs and hamstrings! Enjoy the stretch!
Day 13
Guts and Butts

Today we are working on our GUTS and our BUTTS! This integrated core and booty workout using your bodyweight only will challenge and delight you!

Amazing Legs and Core

You’ve made it to day 16! How do you feel? Today we are using the Pilates small ball to work on our inner and outer thighs and our core!

Yoga for Legs

Yoga for legs is just that! We will be practicing a dynamic yoga flow to help improve muscle tone and flexibility!

Inner Thigh Quick Burn

Today we are working on a very neglected muscle group called the inner thighs! This body-weight-only class is short but effective!

Today’s class is the perfect blend of both strength and flexibility for our lower bodies! This practice will get you ready for our final week of Peach Perfect!

Bootyful Band Workout
29 Minutes
LAST DAY! Woo hoo! You did it! Today we are finishing up using a heavy resistance band to make our peach BOOTYFUL! This class packs a powerful punch. Enjoy!
BONUS DAY
Guns and Buns
30 Minutes
If you don’t want this program to end and are looking for another workout that really packs a punch, this class will do it for you! You will need socks and a hard floor or sliders on the carpet!

Thank you for this program, I completed also the bonus classes and enjoyed every practice. My 🍑 has always been my “weak” part, it’s hard to train and tone it. I feel it’s much stronger, better looking and also lifted! Also my hamstrings seem to have benefited and are more flexible. Definitely my favourite program and to be repeated! 👏🏼 😍 🍑 🧘🏼♀️
