Booty Blaster

22 Minutes

Welcome to Perfect Peach! This short class will get you in the mood for some BOOTY BLASTING! So, for today’s class, grab a heavy band, and let’s do this team!

DAY 2

Killer Legs

30 Minutes

For day 2, we are stretching and strengthening through this dynamic yoga practice. You don’t need any equipment for this class, but you might want two yoga blocks!

Push and Pull

Today we will be working the core and legs using the Pilates small ball and a heavy resistance band!

Mobility Matters

This class is a great practice for those wanting to know how to increase their lower body flexibility. You will want two yoga blocks for this class! Enjoy!

Grab Your Seat At The Barre

30 Minutes

Using a chair and a Pilates small ball, we will grab our seat at the barre! This short but effective class will have your legs burning!

Pancake Practice! Flexibility is a crucial part of having a perfect peach, so today, we will be focusing on the inner thighs and hamstrings! Enjoy the stretch!

Guts and Butts

Today we are working on our GUTS and our BUTTS! This integrated core and booty workout using your bodyweight only will challenge and delight you!

Bootyful Band Workout

LAST DAY! Woo hoo! You did it! Today we are finishing up using a heavy resistance band to make our peach BOOTYFUL! This class packs a powerful punch. Enjoy!

Guns and Buns

If you don’t want this program to end and are looking for another workout that really packs a punch, this class will do it for you! You will need socks and a hard floor or sliders on the carpet!
