No Excuses November Challenge

NO EXCUSES November is here to help you stay accountable to your practice during the holidays! Through yoga, Pilates and strength training we are going to be STRONG!

For this challenge, you will need light hand weights or just two water bottles, the Magic Circle, and the long resistance band. Click the link below for equipment that I am using.

Monday, November 1 (31 Min) NEW RELEASE

Tuesday, November 2 (40 Minutes)

Wednesday, November 3 (40 minutes)

Saturday, November 13 (35 minutes)
Integrated Core uses the long resistance band to work your ENTIRE body! You will love this class! I am using the Dynapro Long Resistance band. All levels. A long resistance band is required for this workout.
