I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 20 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 19 years.
Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!

I began sharing my practice on Instagram 9 years ago to inspire and motivate myself. I started by hosting Instagram Yoga challenges to help me stay accountable while also inspiring others to try yoga.

Today’s class is a strong practice that will not only help strengthen your body but also help you relax your nervous system. We will arrive in the Now and Zen through powerful yoga postures and dynamic stretching!
