Hi, My name is Kerri!
I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 20 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 19 years.
Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!
At 46 years old, over 15 training certifications, and almost 20 years of training and teaching,
I love helping people find the magic of the mind-body connection.
I began sharing my practice on Instagram 9 years ago to inspire and motivate myself. I started by hosting Instagram Yoga challenges to help me stay accountable while also inspiring others to try yoga.

This is an awesome 31-minute class that works ALL your muscles like MAGIC! We are using the Pilates Ring and the small Pilates ball for this class. Enjoy!
This is an awesome slower-paced class that will give you some energy and will make you feel great! Grab two yoga blocks and meet me on your mat. All levels.
If you are looking for a class to give your energy and make you feel amazing, this is it! This class is 36 minutes and focuses on the lower body + the core!
Another MAGIC circle class! This class works the entire body in just 32 minutes! We have some fun dynamic ring work in this class to give you a strong core, arms, and backside! All levels welcome to take this class.
Get ready for some fire! This class will work your arms and legs in a dynamic and fun way using socks or sliders. If you don’t have hard floors, try using paper plates to slide on your carpet. You will want two yoga blocks and a yoga mat for this class. Enjoy!
If you only have a few minutes and you want to work your arms, try this class! It’s just 7 minutes long but you will definitely feel it!
