Hi, My name is Kerri!
I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 20 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 19 years.
Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!
At 46 years old, over 15 training certifications, and almost 20 years of training and teaching,
I love helping people find the magic of the mind-body connection.
I began sharing my practice on Instagram 9 years ago to inspire and motivate myself. I started by hosting Instagram Yoga challenges to help me stay accountable while also inspiring others to try yoga.

Today’s practice is a Dynamic Power Flow! We will work on strength and flexibility throughout the entire body using bodyweight! This class will leave you feeling strong and powerful! You don’t need any equipment for this class, but you may want two yoga blocks to modify your practice.
Okay, team! I have an awesome class planned for today! Band-O-Matic will have your arms and legs on fire! Grab your long resistance band, and let’s go!
Do you want to get a killer upper body workout💪 in less than 20 minutes?! Let’s do this, team! Grab a set of medium hand weights or light for beginners, and let’s pump it up!🙌
This therapeutic class will help you relax the mind and body! If you feel stressed or overworked, take the time to do this full 50-minute practice. You will want two yoga blocks and a pillow to support your practice.
Yoga, Kettlebell, & Pilates – what more can you ask for!😅 This mixed strength is a great combo workout to give you the benefits of all three modalities! For this class, you will need a hand weight and a Kettlebell. If you do not have a kettlebell, you can use a heavier hand weight.
Are you ready to Vinyasa Like a BOSSa? In today’s class, I will teach you how to make your vinyasa classes more accessible for your body. You will love this grounded and centered dynamic flow! You might want two yoga blocks to modify this practice!
