Today’s mat Pilates class will work your entire body using a set of light to medium dumbbells. You will feel the fire in your core, shoulders, and backside!
What time is it? It’s Block O’Clock! Grab yourself a yoga block, and let’s work the lower body and core. All levels are welcome to take this class. You will need a yoga block and may also want a chair or be near the wall to help assist with the standing balance poses.
This short practice is great first thing in the morning or if you are short on time. In this class, we will practice 6 rounds of sun salutations to wake up the body. You will feel amazing after this practice!

Okay, Team! I have an Awesome Oblique workout planned for you today! We will work into the deep core, isolating the obliques, inner costal muscles, and the quadratus lumborum muscles. All you need for today’s class is a dumbbell! Enjoy the burn!

This practice is an intermediate to advanced handstand class. If you are looking for a class that you can do anytime you want to build your strength and endurance for handstands, this is the class for you! All you need for this class is a wall and a yoga block! Enjoy!
