BYG PROGRAMS
Get ready for a saucy sweaty workout! Using our small ball and a heavy resistance band, we will get an amazing core and lower body workout!
This 60-minute practice will leave you feeling full of love and gratitude for your yoga practice! There are some challenging postures in this class but options are given for all levels of students.
This 27-minute towel workout will surprise you! Enjoy this dynamic, full-body Pilates workout using just a small hand towel. All levels!
It’s Magic Circle time! This 28 min class is packed full of awesome movement to work your entire body! If you are looking for something quick but effective, check out this class!
4,7,8 is a powerful breathing technique to help you relax or help you fall asleep. Please use this any time of the day that you need to de-stress and relax.
This class focuses on hip and hamstring strength for anyone who is wanting more mobility in their hips. It is great for those who sit all day, runners, and it’s also pregnancy-friendly and a great practice for mothers to be.
Level 2 class. This upper body class has lots of advanced arm balances however don’t let that scare you. I will teach you fun progression to build up your upper body strength. You will want to yoga blocks and a strap for this class.
This awesome dynamic class uses weights to tone and shape our lower half. You will want two light hand weights for this class and optional yoga blocks. Enjoy the burn!
This class is killer! Grab a set of hand weights and a chair and let’s go! This workout is a little more than just core! 🙂

This free-flowing yoga class is an amazing practice to work both strength and flexibility. You will want available wall space for the end of this class to work some inversions. Enjoy!
This power vinyasa flow will surely give you energy! This full-body class focuses on twisting and bending postures but also has some fun sequencing to work the core.

This short mat Pilates class will SHOCK you at how effective using the block can be. Join me for this 20 minute burn!
This class uses just your own body weight! You can place Resistance Bands around your thighs if you want an added burn! We focus on the low back, glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, and low abs! You will feel this one! All levels!

This is an amazing class that works all the muscles of the posterior chain to help you align, strengthen, and stretch the hips.
This bodyweight only pilates class will have your shoulders, biceps, triceps, and abs burning!
You will only need your own body weight for this class. This is a 15 minute voice over class. Please let me know if you like this format!
Grab a chair and join me for this fun full body Barre/Pilates inspired workout! You may want to secure your chair near a wall on some of these exercises depending on the chair you use.
