Today’s class is focused on the posterior chain muscle group, otherwise known as our backside! We will use weight, pilates, and yoga to get a well-rounded 3-in-1 workout! This class will require a set of hand weights and yoga blocks. Enjoy!
Today’s class will focus on the inner thigh, pelvic floor, and lower body activation as we use the dumbbells to tone and shape the upper body! You will want your yoga blocks and light to medium hand weights.

If you want to strengthen and tone your quads, this class is for you! We will make those quads burn with resistance bands and some awesome Pilates and functional movement patterns!
This dynamic mat Pilates class will burn your entire body using bodyweight only. The focus of this class is precision! Through Pilates breath, we will stabilize the core and isolate each muscle group. You don’t need any equipment for today’s class. Enjoy!
Today’s class is a Barre-inspired Pilates mat workout that is lower-body focused. You will need a chair or a sofa for today’s practice. Enjoy the burn!
What time is it? It’s Block O’Clock! Grab yourself a yoga block, and let’s work the lower body and core. All levels are welcome to take this class. You will need a yoga block and may also want a chair or be near the wall to help assist with the standing balance poses.
Okay, Team! I have an Awesome Oblique workout planned for you today! We will work into the deep core, isolating the obliques, inner costal muscles, and the quadratus lumborum muscles. All you need for today’s class is a dumbbell! Enjoy the burn!
