A 14 day challenge to a strong and stable core!
Each day will be different and has been thoughtfully planned out so that you feel energized, gain strength, flexibility, and endurance.
This program requires 2 pieces of equipment. You will need a large Stability Ball and a small mini Pilates ball.

Stability Ball Blast
30 Minutes, Day 1
This is an awesome full-body workout using an Exercise Ball or Stability Ball. The ball adds so much more work to your core work! You also will need some available wall space for a portion of the class. but if you don’t have the wall space you can do the exercises on the floor.
All levels will enjoy this class.
Stability Ball Arm & Ab Blast
30 Minutes, Day 2
This 30-minute class will work the upper body using the stability ball. You will need a ball and available wall space dor this class. This class is fire for your arms and shoulders!
All levels. Enjoy!
Lower Body Tone and Shape
30 Minutes, Day 3
This class focuses on the lower half of your body. Get ready to feel the fire!
You will need a small kids ball or a Pilates soft ball for this class. All levels. Enjoy!
Rest Day
Rest, Day 4
Today is a rest day but feel free to do the bonus deep core abs to challenge yourself!

Make it Burn
26 Minutes, Day 5
Welcome to day 5! This full body workout uses the Pilates small ball to work the entire body.
You will love the burn from this class. All levels – Have fun!
Lower Body Stability Ball Burn

Day 6! Grab the large stability ball and join me for this fun 30 minute full body workout!

Lean Into It
37 Minutes, Day 7
FULL BODY workout using the Pilates small ball and some optional light hand weights. This class will leave your core, arms, butt, quads, back, and inner thighs BURNING!

Rest Day

Stability Shaper
36 Minutes, Day 9
This full body Stability Ball workout will have your whole body buzzing! I am using a large ball for this class but medium also works. Some of the wall work might be challenging for those with tight hamstrings or weak glutes. I give modifications for all levels so #NOEXCUSES! 🙂 You got this! Remember, do your best and let go of the rest!

Smash and Burn Core
23 Minutes, Day 10
It’s day 10! This short but effective workout will work not only your arms but also your core!
You will need a small Pilates ball for this class. Enjoy your workout!
Fun Fusion Flow
35 Minutes, Day 11
This fun fusion flow class for day 11 blends both yoga and Pilates using the large stability ball. You will get an amazing full body workout in with this class. You will need a large ball.

She’s Ball That
24 Minutes, Day 13
DAY 13! YAY! Full body Pilates class using the Pilates softball! You will feel this one 24-48 hours after!

Deep Core
15 Minutes, BONUS
This bonus deep core class uses the small Pilates ball to work the deep abdominals is just 18 minutes. This class is safe for new moms or those dealing with DR. It is a great class to target your deep abdominals.

Mind The Gap
15 Minutes, BONUS
This is a great class for you to do daily to help you strengthen the pelvic floor and tighten your core. You will need a small Pilates ball for this class. This is a great class for anyone wanting to strengthen their deep core muscles in a short amount of time.
