Athletic August Challenge

Welcome to the August challenge! This month, I have launched my new PERFECT10 program! Each class in this challenge will blend perfectly with the PERFECT10 workouts. You may do this challenge or pair it with the PERFECT10 program.

This month we are focusing on building Athletic Strength! We will use Resistance Bands, the Small Pilates ball, and Yoga Blocks!

I encourage you to post in our private Facebook Group to help inspire others and stay accountable!

August 8, Monday (36 Min)
This amazing 36-minute class will help you relax the nervous system and make you feel amazing. You will want a yoga strap, blocks, and available wall space for this class.  Enjoy the “yoga glow” afterward! August 9, Tuesday (21 Min)
Are you in the mood for a very short, but effective arm workout?! This class delivers in just 20 minutes. Grab a set of light bands and meet me on your mat for this armTASTIC workout! Enjoy! If you like this class, try my Bandtastic Body program!  
August 10, Wednesday (36 Min)

Looking for a daily yoga stretch? Look no further! This class is great for anyone looking to warm up or just stretch their body in a gentle way. All levels.
August 16, Tuesday (26 Minutes)
This is a weighted Quick Core Workout! You will need 1-3 pound weights or you can use a water bottle. Have fun!
August 17, Wednesday (29 min)
This class can be done with or without the band! It’s short but it is VERY effective in working the out thighs and core! To experience the class without music, click here.
