NO EXCUSES November is here to help you stay accountable to your practice during the holidays! Through yoga, Pilates, and strength training, we are going to be STRONG and MOBILE!

You will need light hand weights or just two water bottles, the Magic Circle, and the long resistance band for this challenge. Click the link below for the equipment that I am using.
