Welcome to the

September Challenge!

Fall is a great time to recenter ourselves through our practice. This month we will be focusing on relaxing our nervous system by tuning inward through yoga and fusion. In addition, to continue building our strength and stamina, I have added in some toning classes! You will need light hand weights or just two water bottles and the Pilates small ball for this challenge.
