Welcome to the
This month we will be building strength with our own body weight and weight/resistance. You will need a long resistance band and loop bands for this challenge. You will also need some light hand weights or just two water bottles.
This challenge is five days a week. I will give beginners options or swap out any of the classes using the class directory!
