Starts Monday, February 1!

OMG is it February already? Where did January go? If you haven’t completed the Metabolic Movements program yet, I encourage you to finish that before you start here. You can start this challenge at any time during the month. Since February is going to be FANTASTIC, we will be spicing some things up with breathwork, yoga, Pilates, and props!

If you want to switch out a class, go to the class directory to find a replacement in the same category to fit your needs.
