Determined December Challenge
Starts December 1st!
Finally, the end of 2020 is upon us! Let’s leave this year DETERMINED to continue making time for our practice. There is nothing more loving you can do than take care of yourself so that you can be there for others.
This month mixes up with blocks, bands, and balls! I encourage you to post in our Private Facebook Group to help inspire others and stay accountable.
If you want to switch out a class, go to the class directory to find a replacement in the same category to fit your needs. If you celebrate a holiday this month and want to take the day off, swap out Thursday’s or Sunday’s day off!
