Welcome to the

Refocused Challenge

I have created the next 4 weeks to inspire and motivate you to your mat! This month mixes up weights, Pilates small ball workouts, yoga, & fusion classes to give you a balanced approach to your wellness! We will also be making gratitude lists on Thankful Thursdays! I encourage you to post what you are grateful for in our Private Facebook Group.

If you want to switch out a class, go to the class directory to find a replacement in the same category to fit your needs.

All levels are welcome to try this challenge! For equipment I recommend, click here.


  • Movement Monday: Resistance Training/Toning
  • Namasté on Tuesday: Yoga
  • Wicked Strength Wednesday: Pilates
  • Thankful Thursday: No practice. Make a gratitude list!
  • Fun Friday: Fusion
  • Sweatin’ Saturday: Yoga/Pilates
  • Self Care Sunday: Optional practice but do something nice for yourself or someone else.
